Is the new Government in Haiti operating illegally?
If you believe the opposition, you will think so. According to Senator Francois Anick Joseph and with the support of many of his collegues, The current government just formed by Primer Minister Laurent Lamothe is inconstitutional and does not exist.
They are saying that there is no government in the country. Why?
Here is where the problem is. The Presidential Decree that was issued to form the new government on 2 April had some contradictions. Instead of announcing in the decree that some ministers resigned, instead it stated that the Cabinet of Ministers resigned.
Now where do you stand in all this?
Do you think that our elected officials are a group of comedians; and that instead of working together to solve the real problems facing the country and the Haitians in general are wasting their time in some technicalities?
Do you think it is worth it to continue to have this system of government in Haiti that does not seem to be working for us?
What do you think could be the best possible form of government for a society such as ours?

One should look at 4 points to understand:
1- the government should go after a non objection of the governing body of the el Rancho Accord for each decision related to this agreement.
