President Jovenel Moses created surprise on Wednesday by announcing the news on his Facebook account that Jack Guy Lafontant is the Prime Minister appointed

Jack Guy Lafontant is a professor at the Faculty of Medicine of the State University of Haiti and the University of Notre Dame.

Dr. Jack Guy Lafontant has a long career as a physician. He studied medicine at the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy of the State University of Haiti.

He went to Europe to specialize in internal medicine and gastro- Enterology.
