Arnel Belizaire's Machine Gun

With the backing of a dangerous, well-armed gang, the escaped inmate Arnel Belizaire is making trouble to various bodies, including the present administration. Seen recently in a photo with machine gun in hand, and with such accusations levelled against him as the attack on Parquet and also against the ONA offices, Belizaire's status as a government member, under the 1987 Constitution, leaves very little in the way of law to punish him. His gun photo has left many wondering if it is even PNH licensed.
