Here is a video sound of the message of President Rene Preval to the nation following the result of the Haiti Election 2010. The result of the election was announced on December 7 around 900pm by CEP. Many people were not satisfied with the result as they expected the runoff election to be between Michel Martelly and Mirlande manigat.
