Here is the actual video for the result of the 2010 Haiti Election. According to the result, Mirlande Manigat came on top with 336,878 votes or 31 percent of the total vote. Jude Celestin was second with 241,462 votes or 22.48 percent The runoff election will be between Jude Celestin and Mirlande Manigat
