Sénator Moïse Jean Charles Hit by APENA Agent

Senator Moise Jean Charles went to the Civil Prison in Arcahaie to visit political prisoner Rony Timothee. However, he was not well received. The Haitian Senator was actually hit by an agent of Apena after he had identified himself as Senator and shown to the agent the proper papers that give him authorization to visit the prisoner.

Here is the actual video of the incident. As you can see, Senator Moise Jean Charles was very calm and collected. That did not prevent the authorities in the prison of Arcahaie from physically insult him.
