As of today, it has been done. The Haitian President Michel Martelly went on to form the CEP.

Does this mean the crisis is now over and all of us need to move forward and start preparing for the next election.

In your opinion, do you think President Michel Martelly has done the right thing to bypass the power of the Haitian Senate and put in place the elements for the next election in Haiti.

Do you think instead that the crisis between the executive and the Senate has deeper as a result?

President Michel Martelly has done the right thing to bypass the power of the Haitian Senate and put in place the elements for the next election in Haiti because the President has given multiple chances to both parties to make decisions so the country can move forward democratically and they did not. In my opinion they do not the country to progress but rather to regress.

I totally disagree with the president by pass the congress and went to form his own CEP even though the senators and the president all des magouye but this is a process evebody has to be involved, let say for example this is only the president'choices what would happen if he chooses or support a candidate, what would happen with his own people in charge, thats not democracy good or bad they have to find a way to work together for the better of the country.
