Mesaj Prezidan Michel Martelly Sou Fomasyon KEP

President Michel Martelly has done the right thing to bypass the power of the Haitian Senate and put in place the elements for the next election in Haiti because the President has given multiple chances to both parties to make decisions so the country can move forward democratically and they did not. In my opinion they do not the country to progress but rather to regress.

According to Martelly's statement in the last video, the Accord "El Rancho is a good accord tailored by the president to get the people to work together and move the country forward, not backward.
