It is finally happening. Jocelerme privert is finally ready to hand over power to elected president Jovenel Moise. The list of people being invited to the ceremony is long. It includes more than 2,000 people, from Haitian parliamentarians to foreign ambassadors and heads of states. The four foreign presidents are Danilo Medina, of the Dominican Republic; Venezuela's Nicolás Maduro; Trinidad and Tobago's Anthony Carmona and Guyana's David Granger. Marie-Claude Bibeau, Minister of International Development and Francophonie of Canada traveled to Haiti for the occasion
