Accident out side Gonaives, killing 38, injured 17

At least 38 people died and seventeen injured in a car accident when a bus "Blue Sky" drove into some people on Sunday, March 12, 2017. The bus was coming from cap=Haitian on its way to the Haitian capital, Port-au-Prince.The accident took place not far from the city of Gonaives

The driver initially hit 2 people and was running away when the bus crashed into a Rara group

The driver was taken into a Police station
