The PRI, in an effort to prevent the Haitian Prime Minister to present is report at the Haitian Parliament?

This turned into a real Carnival at the Parliament.

Was this "Lundi Gras in Haiti?

Was that a sigh of the official beginning of the Kanaval or Rara season in Haiti?

I don't think this gesture was appreciated by too many people in the population. Some referred to the Haitian Deputies as "Morons in the Parliament". According to one person who watched the show or the Rara fest at the Haitian Parliament: " I am not surprised they acted like that. I am actually impressed they did not burn tires inside the parliament to prevent the Prime Minister from entering the chamber"
