Kanaval Preparation Stands - 4 Chemin, Cayes

In preparation to the national kanaval in the City of Les cayes on March 26, 27 and 28, we are presenting to you the final preparations. As you can see, the stands are almost ready, at the exception of some painting.

Newly elected Haitian President Jovenel Moïse announced that the city of Les Cayes was going to host the 2017 National Carnival on February 26th, 27th and 28th. This was done in an attempt to encourage the economy of the Department that was hit severely by the passage of hurricane Matthew in October

You do not have to go far to experience the activities of the Kanaval in Les Cayes. We will be streaming live the entire event for all three days.
