Jean Bertrand Aristide & Maryse Narcisse Campaigning. The Interim Electoral Council (CEP) has rejected the candidacy of over 30% of the electoral candidates for the Lower House without any explanation. Its methods of casting votes are not quite transparent. However, CEP has received good supports of few wealthy Haitian families. The zeal with which the U.S media is reporting the speech, involvement and endorsement of Aristide to Narcisse, it seems that they have already chosen the Haitian President. Arestide's speech was first reported by Fox News, much earlier than any Haitian newspaper. He was brought back to the country by Bill Clinton. Is he a puppet which can be switched off and on by the US at any time?
