Here is a Video of the Election 2015 morning at Lycée Nationale de Pétion ville.

Confusion reigned at the Port-au-Prince slum of Martissant where an elections overseer kept yelling at voters, who were pushing to get into the voting center, saying they couldn't cast a second ballot. The crowd hollered in response they hadn't even cast a single ballot.
