Video: Attorney Mario Joseph fighting to keep Jean Bertrand Aristide our of Prison

Jean Bertrand Aristide wanted as arrest warrant was issued by Judge Lamarre Belizaire. Now, until things change, our former president Jean Bertrand Aristide has one foot inside of Haitian jail and one foot out.

His attorney, Mario Joseph, is now the person who is fighting not to put him in jail.

He went to the office of Judge Lamarre Belizaire,as Attorney Mario Joseph insists that his client did not receive a Menda.

On the other side, Roumual Grand-Pierre, Hhissier, confirmed that he in fact served Former President Jean Bertrand Aristide yesterday. He explained as he was unable to enter the private property of the president, he gave the warrant to someone in a car who was entering the property
