Wencesclas Lambert feeling powerful after cowardly hitting Daniel Theodore

Here is the audio of Senator Wencesclas Lambert saying how he violently hit Daniel Theodore. This few words that you are going to hear represent one of the saddest moment in our nation. How can a Senator come to a conclusion that it is OK to use violence and to strike someone? The sad part about the old thing is that he wants Daniel Theodore to present his excuse to him.

There is only one reason. He is a Senator of the Republic. As an authority, he is here to be served by people and not the other way around.

What is wrong with these people?

Can someone tell me where we expect the country to go with people like Wencesclas Lambert? I have a question for the Senator? does he have children that he's raising? If so, what does he teach them?
