On March 13, 2016, after completing his one month in the Presidency, the Interim President Jocelerme Privert while addressing the nation, presented the results of his 30 days at the highest office of the country. He called on parliamentarians to ratify the policy statements of Fritz Alphonse, the new Prime Minister appointed as per February 5th, 2016 agreement. He did not hesitate to present the negative picture of fund disbursement under the PetroCaribe program. On the security front, he has mentioned how he has fulfilled the requirement of the National Police of Haiti to ensure protection of the Haitian people.
