Election Council member, Jacceus Joseph, won't approve preliminary results, alleged to be tainted by fraudulent voting.

Haitian police have arrested scores of protestors rioting in the streets, killing one person.

Moise promises education reform, more money for tourism and exports, better security, and strengthing the rule of law.
