Arnel Belizaire wants the Popular Sector in the Provisional Government

Here is a protest with Arnel Belizaire demanding participation of the Popular Sector in the Provisional government.

Bélizaire was convicted felon #PN: 04-10-100 who escaped from jail. Between 1995 & 2011, Arnel Bélizaire was jailed many times for various crimes. On September 14, 1995, on charges of fraud; On September 18, 1995, he was sentenced and freed after giving an undertaking admitting the fraud and agreeing to repay the stolen money and damages; In 2000, he was deported from the United States for domestic violence and visa fraud and sentenced; On February 19, 2005, escaped from prison and fled to the Dominican Republic; On July 2, 2005, he was arrested by the DR police for car theft. He was deported and sentenced to Haiti National Penitentiary; On June 23, 2006, He was freed by the Preval Administration without explanation. In August 2008, he was sentenced for murdering young television presenter and actress, Ginoue Mondesir. After involving in an open conflict with the former President Martelly, he was arrested on October 27, 2011 at the Toussaint Louverture International Airport after returning from France on a diplomatic passport. He was arrested on a charge of jail break during the 2010 earthquake. On January 2014, Arnel was almost beaten to death by a crowd of his ex-Aristide supporters, because, they were upset by his switch to UNITE/INITE, the Preval party.
