You Are Not Special Commencement Speech From Wellesley High School
After listening to this special video, I couldn't resist the need to share its content with you. The tithe of the speech is:
"You are not special"
This was a speech given by Professor David McCullough Jr.'s at Wellesley High School Graduating class.
I hope this speech can help some of parents as well as the children who are growing up in some of the more privileged societies and families. Contrary to what they have been heard from their parents, they are not special.
David McCullough Jr. made us become aware of the fact that all the graduates were dressed the same way, will receive the same diploma with only a change to differentiate one from another, That you are not special, you are not exceptional
The same way, that our planet is not the center of the solar system, the solar system is not the center of its galaxy, Our galaxy is not the center of the universe and in fact, the universe has no center.......
Selflessness is the greatest thing you can do for yourself
