Haitian man on Youtube - You Krezy - I Muco Fasha

This is the video that has been a big hit on youtube recently.

This Haitian man is obviously is deep into a conversation with a member of his family.

From what I can try to get out of this conversation, this Haitian gentleman inside the car is talking about "I talk to you..." Something like:"You keep money for Fritz of Fritz To"

Who is talking to Fritz to"

He also stated at one point that "I Muco Fasha". It this Spanish. Does that mean he's upset?

I have been trying to understand the conversation, but so far it has been a challenge.
