The Haitian government is having a nightmare with the case of Sonson La Familia. Following the discovery that Sonson La Familia has been involved in past kidnapping in Haiti, many people were surprised to learn how close he was to the the Martelly family. The incident that made the matter worst was after Mme Ethéart, wife of Sonson La Familia was detained in prison, she was released in one of the most bizarre methods.

Now, we have been told that the judge who had originally ordered that Mme Ethéart be put in jail, Sonel Jean-François, would not hear the case unless she returned to jail. She is now considered as Fugitive of prison, a claim that her star attorney, Claudy Gassant, has been fighting hard to remove on behalf of his client
