Here is the swearing in ceremonyof Haiti new provisional president, Jocelerme Privert.

On the night of February 13, 2016 (at 3:43 am), the Haitian Parliament after a twelve hour long session, decided to elect former Senator chief Jocelerme Privert as its new provisional president. This was the first time in the last seventy years that Haitian Parliament voted to elect president since electing Dumarsais Estimé on 16 August 1946 who replaced the U.S backed Dictator Haitian President Elie Lescot. Privert will lead a caretaker government for 120 days in a bid to restore stability, organize the overdue unfinished elections on April 24, 2016 and install a new President on May 14, 2016. During his swearing ceremony on February 14, 2016, he has said he will consult every sector to get the country out of crisis. He has promised to organize elections and hand over the rein to an elected president by May 14. Furthermore, he has ensured that his caretaker administration will foster confidence within all sectors of the society.
